This policy describes the personal data ESTUAIRE SERVICES SARL collects for the ABBEV service, how it is used, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

Data you provide

  • Account: name, email address, password (stored encrypted, never in plain text).
  • Contact details: phone number, when used for verification or mobile payment.
  • Profile picture, if you choose to add one.
  • Country and currency, to show prices and content available where you are.

Data generated by your use

  • Viewing history: titles watched and playback progress, so you can resume where you left off.
  • Personal list: content you save for later.
  • Transactions: amount, currency, payment method, date and status of each operation.
  • Technical data: connection logs needed for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect your bank details. Card numbers and payment credentials are processed directly by our providers (Apple, Stripe, PayPal, mobile payment operators) and never pass through our servers. We keep only a transaction reference.

2. Purposes

Your data is used solely to:

  • create and manage your account, and authenticate you;
  • provide access to content and remember your progress;
  • process payments, subscriptions and renewals;
  • calculate the revenue due to partner producers, from aggregated viewing statistics;
  • send you service messages (address verification, payment confirmation, subscription expiry);
  • prevent fraud and secure the service;
  • meet our accounting and legal obligations.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data.
  • We do not share it with advertising networks.
  • We do not track you across apps for advertising.
  • Partner producers receive aggregated, anonymous statistics, never the identity of viewers.

4. Recipients

Your data is shared only with providers strictly necessary to run the service, and only for what they need to process:

  • Payment providers — transaction processing.
  • Hosting and video delivery provider — storage and distribution of content.
  • Email provider — transactional messages.

These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality. Data may be transferred outside your country of residence; in that case we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

5. Retention

  • Account data: kept while the account is active.
  • After account deletion: erased within 30 days, except as follows.
  • Billing data: kept for 10 years, in line with accounting and tax obligations.
  • Technical logs: 12 months at most.

6. Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as non-reversible hashes. Access to data is restricted to those who need it. No system is infallible; we will notify you without delay of any data breach likely to affect you.

7. Your rights

At any time you can:

  • Access your data and obtain a copy;
  • Correct inaccurate information, from your profile or on request;
  • Delete your account and the associated data;
  • Object to certain processing or ask for it to be restricted;
  • Withdraw your consent, without retroactive effect on processing already carried out.

Write to contact@abbev.tv: we reply within 30 days. Account deletion is also available directly in the app.

8. Minors

The service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you find that a minor has sent us information, report it to contact@abbev.tv and we will delete it.

9. The abbev.tv website

The abbev.tv showcase site requires no sign-up and collects no personal data through forms. The server keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, date) for security, for 12 months at most. The use of cookies and local storage is described in the cookie policy.

10. Changes

This policy may change. Any substantial change will be notified in the app or by email. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
